This package is a great option if you are comfortable with all the planning, but need a go-to coordinator to work your event so you and your family and friends can enjoy the celebration instead of working it yourself. This is also a great option if you don't want to deal with troubleshooting problems either. We are here to help your celebration run smoothly! (starts 2-months before the event)

 

This Package ranges from $350 - $750 for events and includes: 

 

• Initial Consultation: We will meet to discuss your event plans, timeline, and specific needs for the big celebration!

• Vendor Coordination: We will Confirm logistics with all vendors, including deliveries, setup times, and special requests.

• Timeline Creation & Management: We will create a detailed timeline for your event day, ensuring all activities are scheduled and coordinated seamlessly. 

• On-Site Management: On the day of the event, we will be there to manage setup, handle any last-minute issues, and ensure everything runs according to plan. 

• Point of Contact: Acting as the point of contact for vendors, guests, and venue staff, we will ensure everyone is informed and directed appropriately
