Our social event packages are for guest counts over 15 at celebrations such as: birthday parties, showers, anniversaries, holiday parties, or any other type of celebration we deem as appropriate for this category. This package is designed specifically to cater to the unique needs of your celebration, making it an impactful and memorable event. Our comprehensive services ensure a seamless and successful experience from start to finish.

 

This package ranges from $750 - $3,500 and includes:

 

  • Initial Consultation and Concept Development: We will begin by understanding your dream vision, theme preferences, and budget constraints to develop a tailored event concept that aligns with your goals. 

  • Venue Selection and Logistics: We will scout and secure the perfect venue that meets your requirements in terms of capacity, location, ambiance, and technical capabilities. Negotiation of contracts, coordination of site visits, and management of venue logistics are all part of our expertise. 

  • Event Design and Decor: We will conceptualize and execute a cohesive design scheme that enhances your events atmosphere. Every detail will reflect your identity and event celebration.

  • Vendor Management: We will secure trusted vendors to provide various services at your event such as photographers, catering, technical equipment, rental equipment, etc. We handle contract negotiations, scheduling, and coordination to ensure seamless execution. 

  • Timeline and Program Development: We will create a detailed timeline for your event day, ensuring all activities are scheduled and coordinated seamlessly. 

  • Rehearsal Coordination: We will oversee the rehearsal to ensure everyone knows their roles and responsibilities for the wedding, also ensuring everything looks ready to go for the celebration. We will set up and help prepare for the event as well.

  • On-Site Event Coordination: We will be present throughout the event day to oversee setup, manage vendors, handle guest registrations, and troubleshoot any unforeseen issues. This allows you to relax and enjoy the celebration!

  • Post-Event Wrap Up: After the event concludes, we'll manage breakdown and cleanup, ensuring that the venue is left in pristine condition. We'll also plan to  conduct a post-event debriefing to review the event's success and gather feedback for future improvements.
